The Sewly store operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a tailored shopping experience (the “Services”). When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Varelli reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason and at its sole discretion. Your order will not be accepted until the Varelli store confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting the order. Carefully review your order before placing it, as the Varelli store may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If your order is rejected, modified, or canceled, we will notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided when you placed the order.
Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Return processing takes up to 10 business days from receipt of the returned goods.
You represent and warrant that you are making purchases solely for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect when the order is placed. It will be stated in the order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees.
Prices listed in our online stores may differ from those offered in physical stores, online, or other stores operated by third-party companies. From time to time, we may offer promotions for Services that may affect prices and are subject to terms other than these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will prevail.

You represent and warrant that (i) your credit card details are true, correct, and complete; (ii) you have proper authorization to use the credit card for purchases; (iii) the charges incurred will be honored by your credit card provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred in accordance with the prices offered, including shipping and handling fees, as well as any applicable taxes. SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once the products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. The Varelli store’s logo, product and service names, designs, advertising slogans, and store name are trademarks of the Varelli store or its affiliate partners or licensors. Use of such trademarks without the Varelli store’s prior written consent is prohibited. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs, and advertising slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and advertising slogans relating to the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.

The Varelli Store is powered by Shopify. This enables us to offer you our Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our Store are completed directly by the Varelli Store. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and the Varelli Store, including any injury, damage, or loss incurred as a result of purchasing products and services. You expressly release Shopify and Shopify’s affiliated partners from liability for any claims, damages, and obligations related to or arising from purchases and transactions completed in the Varelli Store.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Varelli store, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, owed to any third party arising from (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents incorporated herein by reference, (2) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims, provided that failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice. We may assume control of the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel, but we will not settle any claims involving non-monetary obligations without obtaining your consent (which may not be unreasonably withheld).
