Delivery locations:
- We currently offer shipping within Poland, the United Kingdom, Romania, and the Czech Republic.
- All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands (EU).
Shipping costs:
Free shipping for all orders within our delivery zone.
Order cut-off time, processing time, and delivery time
Order cut-off time
- Orders placed before 14:00 (CET/CEST) on business days are generally processed the same day.
- Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time:
1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time:
4–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been registered and is being processed.
Shipment tracking:
After your order has been processed, you will receive the tracking number by email. Use the tracking page to track your shipment.
Returns
