1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it. You can also track your order directly on our website in the Order Tracking section by entering your order number and email address.

2. How long does delivery and order processing take?

Order processing time (handling time): 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time (transit time): 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer completely free shipping for all orders within Poland. You will not incur any additional delivery costs.

4. How can I return a product, and how much time do I have?

You have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving it.

To start the return process, contact us at: kontakt@varelli.pl.
Products must be in their original, unused condition, with the tags attached and in their original packaging.

5. Who covers the return costs?

Return without giving a reason (dissatisfaction with the product): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect product: The customer will not incur any costs. In this case, we provide a free return label.
